Cake care

Crumb & Cream cakes are all made with light and silky smooth Swiss buttercream. Your cake will be refrigerated up until your pick up time so that it is firm and fully chilled through. Cake is best served at room temperature, so we recommend refrigerating until 2-3 hours prior to serving. Your cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Make sure your cake is tightly wrapped and sealed or else air will cause it to dry out. 

Driving your cake

Never place your cake in a seat of your car! Cake boxes should go on the flat surface of the floor of the car where they won’t tip or slide around (we like the floor of the passenger side best). Make sure to take turns slow and no sudden stops.
