Crumb & Cream does not replicate designs, whether our own or the work of someone else. We love inspiration pictures and will happily use them as a guide for the style and aesthetic of your cake, but please do not expect an exact replication as every order is a unique creation made just for you.
Please note that we do our best to create a unique and beautiful design that follows your requests. We ask that you communicate your expectations clearly so that we can be on the same page.
Please note that Crumb & Cream works with many allergen-including ingredients. We are happy to accept special request dietary orders within our capabilities, but we can not guarantee zero traces of known allergies. If cross contamination is a concern for you we recommend ordering from a allergen-free bakery for your safety.
Please refer to our cake care instructions for both transporting and storing your cake. Once we hand your cake over to you it will be your responsibility to properly transport and store it, but we offer tips and tricks to help ensure you feel confident in the care of your order.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date of your order, with the remaining balance due one week prior to pick up. We do not refund cancellations with less than one week’s notice, but we will provide all necessary information on how to freeze your order so that you can still enjoy it at a later date. If your cancellation is made with more than 7 days notice you will receive up to 90% of your payment back (as your 10% deposit in non-refundable); however, please note that any specialty purchases that were made for your order cannot be refunded. In the event of Crumb & Cream’s need to cancel you will receive a 100% refund.
